Description: Non-ionic silicone surfactant designed for water-in-oil (W/O) and water-in-silicone (W/Si) emulsions with an HLB value of approximately 5. It provides improved formulation stability even in the presence of heat and offers water retention, emollience, smooth glide and a silky skin feel while functioning as a skin and hair conditioning agent and emulsifier.
