Practical formulation guide
Usage level: Guideline range: panthenol 0.5–5%; niacinamide 2–5%; biotin 0.1–0.5%; stable vitamin C derivatives 0.5–3 %; vitamin E (acetate) 0.5–5 % as an active or 0.05–0.5 % as an antioxidant; vitamin A palmitate or acetate 0.1–1 %.
How to use and incorporate: Water-soluble vitamins (panthenol, niacinamide, biotin, vitamin C derivatives): dissolve in the water phase, preferably during cool-down. Oil-soluble vitamins (A, E and their esters): add to the oil phase or during cool-down, below 40 °C/104 °F.
Formulation tips:
- Protect the formula from light and air with opaque or airless packaging, especially with vitamin A and vitamin C.
- Before scaling up, make a pilot batch and run a stability test (cycles at 4 / 25 / 45 °C/39 / 77 / 113 °F for 4 weeks, checking odor, color, pH, viscosity and separation) in the final packaging.
Compatibility: Compatible with most cosmetic bases; check the vitamin's optimal pH in the final formula.
Storage: Original container, tightly closed, protected from light, heat and moisture.
Precautions: Wear gloves and safety glasses when handling. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse with plenty of water. See the Safety Data Sheet (available with purchase).
Technical information for formulators: This sheet describes industrial uses of the raw material in the development of cosmetic products. It is not an efficacy claim for any finished product. The person responsible for the formulation must validate the concentration, compatibility and claims of their product in accordance with applicable regulations.

The products are excellent, only my only drawback is that they are sent because, for example, they were sent in plastic bags so normal and the truth, that is, for the time of wanting this, because from here to have them and want to manipulate them and want to use them, it is more complicated. I have seen that they see that what the active ones are handled in bags with this, well up with sealant and so it is easier, it is the only inconvenience that it is not, which is the only thing I do not like.
