Surfactant and agent of formation of foam
It is a surfactant and foaming agent used to create bubbles and help remove dirt from the skin surface. Because it is very mild, it is relatively safer to use on any skin type, including sensitive skin. And because it is a large molecule, it cleans the skin surface without penetrating it.

Practical Formulation Guide
Uses and Applications: Shampoo, shower gel, facial cleansers, and liquid soaps; it is usually combined with other surfactants to adjust foam, mildness, and viscosity.
Incorporation Method: Formulate considering the active-matter percentage of the commercial product and incorporate with moderate agitation to limit foaming.
Dosage: Calculate the formula based on active matter and the target detergency; the percentage of commercial product is not equivalent to the percentage of active surfactant.
Critical Points: Check pH, viscosity, clarity, preservation, and tolerance. Electrolytes can strongly modify viscosity.
Good Practices: Perform stability and compatibility testing in the final formula. The supplier's TDS, COA, and SDS take precedence over any general guidance range.
