Description: Complex mixture of phosphatides primarily including phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidic acid and phosphatidylserine combined with triglycerides, fatty acids, tocopherols and carbohydrates. Obtained from soybean oil gums and classified as fluid, unbleached soy lecithin.
