Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin whose main role is to prevent oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids. It has a moisturizing action on the skin and the ability to prevent solar erythema by reducing the inflammatory process, increased vascular permeability, and the formation of skin spots.
