GUAR GUM
Description: Natural polysaccharide obtained from the endosperm of Cyamopsis tetragonolobus seeds. Fine beige powder that forms hydrocolloids when mixed with water and is commonly used as a thickening, stabilizing and suspending agent.

| Recommended Usage | 1% as emulsifier stabilizer, up to 2.5% as thickener, and up to 10% as binder depending on formulation. |
| Storage | Store in tightly closed containers protected from light and humidity. |
| Precautions | Ingest with sufficient liquid when used internally. Avoid dry ingestion. Protect from moisture. |
